(more in the General Terms and Conditions).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Smoking is not allowed in apartments and other enclosed spaces. In case of smoking, we will charge you a deep cleaning fee of 200 eur.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>No parties \/events allowed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>From 23:00 to 7:00 time of peace and quiet.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>In the event of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 &#8211; depending on the damage caused.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>CANCELLATION<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Free cancellation between one month or more prior check-in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>50% of refund if cancelling between 14 days and 29 days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>No refund if cancelling within 14 days prior to check-in.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>PARKING<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Parking for hotel guests is available in front of the apartment and is free of charge.
