Our website offers booking our capacities.<\/span><\/p>

You can book our capaties via email, through which you can submit your inquiry at info@bohinj-apartment.com, and we can send you our offer. Neither the inquiry nor our reply to it count as a confirmed booking, only your confirmation of the booking or your confirmation of our booking offer does, as this is the most important condition for the validity of the reservation. In case do not receive your confirmation, it shall be considered that the booking was never made.<\/span><\/p>

On our website we also offer the possibility of direct booking and card payment online. In that case the booking will be confirmed and paid immediately, when you finalise the payment process. By booking our capaties in such way we can of course guarantee that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.<\/span><\/p>

In situation when your children will stay with you, please provide us the number and their age. Based on the inserted number and other details on your reservation, the price of your arrangement will be displayed. We would like to inform you that in case of booking and paying online you are considered to have read these terms and conditions and to agree with them.<\/span><\/p>

In case when a guest shall cancel their reservation, Bohinj Apartment holds the right to reimbursement of the costs arising from the cancellation. Amount of such reimbursement depends on the period, when the guest sends a notice on cancelation and offer, which was booked by the guest:<\/span><\/p>
