House Rules

Arrival / Departure

The apartment is available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

ESSENTIALS

  • Dogs are welcome in the apartment – small breeds up to 20 kg (more in the Terms and Conditions).
  • Smoking is not allowed in apartments and other enclosed spaces. In case of smoking, we will charge you a deep cleaning fee of 200 eur.
  • No parties /events allowed.
  • Use of fire is forbiden.
  • From 23:00 to 7:00 time of peace and quiet.
  • In the event of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 – depending on the damage caused.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation between one month or more prior check-in.
50% of refund if cancelling between 14 days and 29 days.
No refund if cancelling within 14 days prior to check-in.

PARKING

Parking for hotel guests is available in front of the hotel and is free of charge. parking at your own risk.

PRICES

All prices include VAT. Tourist tax is included in the price. It is 2 € per adult per day, for persons from 7 to 18 years the tourist tax is 1 € per day.

 

IN CASE OF VIOLATION OF THE HOUSE RULES AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE STAY OR TO IMPOSE A 150EUR FINE (in the event of a subsequent violation).
