Arrival / Departure

The apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

ESSENTIALS

Dogs are welcome in the apartment. (more in the General Terms and Conditions).

Smoking is not allowed in apartments and other enclosed spaces. In case of smoking, we will charge you a deep cleaning fee of 200 eur.

No parties /events allowed.

From 23:00 to 7:00 time of peace and quiet.

In the event of major stains or damage to our property, you agree to pay a cleaning fee of at least EUR 50 – depending on the damage caused.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation between one month or more prior check-in.

50% of refund if cancelling between 14 days and 29 days.

No refund if cancelling within 14 days prior to check-in.

PARKING

Parking for hotel guests is available in front of the apartment and is free of charge. Parking at your own risk.
