As used in this Terms of Use, “Bohinj Apartment”, “we” or “us” refers to the Bohinj Apartment, by Tjaša Deželan (incorporated in Slovenia with number 2750937000 and with its registered office at Zloganje 38, 8275 Škocjan).

In case of unavailable content or website, no matter the reason, we do not assume any legal responsibility. Furthermore, we are not liable in case the website is not available at all time and does not assume any legal responsibility for its accuracy and integrity, which refers to the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any information on the website in all countries or for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including loss of profits or data.

All documents, data, information or other material, no matter if written or in picture, on the website www.bohinj-apartment.com, are within the legal frame protected by the copyrighted property or other intellectual property right held by Tjaša Deželan, or connected contractual partners, of which content is published on the website www.bohinj-apartment.com. Since development and improvements demand changes in our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to change these terms.

Terms of use

With using this website you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to conclude potential agreement with Bohinj Apartment, together with using this Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site (as well as for the use of your account by others, no matter of the age). You confirm to supervise all usage by minors of this website under your name or account. You also guarantee that all information provided by you or a person authorised by you, while using this website, is true and accurate and without limitation, or any false or fraudulent reservation.

In case of fee for any reservation or other services, you agree to act according to the terms and conditions of the purchase, including, but not limited to, to pay all amounts when due and in compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products or services. You agree that you are fully responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising from the use of this website. By using this website you agree to pay all outstanding amounts to the hotel and to abide by the booking terms and conditions.

Reservation of services

Our website offers booking our capacities.

You can book our capaties via email, through which you can submit your inquiry at info@bohinj-apartment.com, and we can send you our offer. Neither the inquiry nor our reply to it count as a confirmed booking, only your confirmation of the booking or your confirmation of our booking offer does, as this is the most important condition for the validity of the reservation. In case do not receive your confirmation, it shall be considered that the booking was never made.

On our website we also offer the possibility of direct booking and card payment online. In that case the booking will be confirmed and paid immediately, when you finalise the payment process. By booking our capaties in such way we can of course guarantee that you will receive exactly the accommodation you have chosen.

In situation when your children will stay with you, please provide us the number and their age. Based on the inserted number and other details on your reservation, the price of your arrangement will be displayed. We would like to inform you that in case of booking and paying online you are considered to have read these terms and conditions and to agree with them.

In case when a guest shall cancel their reservation, Bohinj Apartment holds the right to reimbursement of the costs arising from the cancellation. Amount of such reimbursement depends on the period, when the guest sends a notice on cancelation and offer, which was booked by the guest:

• Free cancellation between one month or more prior check-in.
• 50% of refund if cancelling between 14 days and 29 days.
• No refund if cancelling within 14 days prior to check-in.

In case of a modification of the reservation at the guest’s discretion or for reasons of force majeure withouth the fault of Bohinj Apartment due to an improperly conducted service, the guest does not have the right to claim any compensation or price reduction.

The guest must inform of the cancellation by notice to info@bohinj-apartment.com.

All prices of Bohinj Apartment’s offer already include the value added touristic tax.

Dogs

• Dogs of small breeds up to 20 kg are allowed in Apartment Bohinj. Supplement for a pet is 25 euros/day. We reserve the right to refuse larger pets or pets that may be dangerous or disturb the peace of other guests.
• The owner is responsible for any damage (both material and physical) and stains caused by animals. Apartment Bohinj reserves the right to request reimbursement of costs or request payment of an additional night (due to the inability to rent the apartment). Apartment Bohinj may require the owner of the animal to repair or replace damaged items.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment.
• The pet must be clean in the room – Apartment Bohinj reserves the right to request reimbursement of cleaning costs, if the animal defecates in the apartment.
• Advance notice and payment for a pet is required.

Intellectual property rights

This website contains material or information, which are within legal framework protected by the copyright protection or other intellectual property rights, which are owned by Bohinj Apartment. For all these material, information or pictures on this website, anyreproduction or retransmission, other than that for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.

Every reproduction, redistribution, modification or other way of transfer for commercial purposes of any material to any third party without the prior written permission of Bohinj Apartment is stricitly prohibited. Under Bohinj Apartment’s trademark protection are also all logos or other brands, which can be found on this website or websites connected with this, or Bohinj Apartment has the right to use them.

Bohinj Apartment is aware about the seriousness of personal data, which is why this is taken with all care, and is acting according to relevant legislation, amongst other also the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR).
